I am especially thrilled when I talk to my clients and they give me a compliment. I feel especially good after speaking with them during our weekly phone calls. Throughout the week, however, we send each other emails. I communicate with them regularly, and I think they really appreciate it. Speaking together weekly is a system I communicate during a potential client consultation, so they are aware of the process from the beginning of our working relationship.
